The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing excellent client service and efficient transaction completion. This role involves understanding client financial needs, educating them on digital banking solutions, and supporting sales activities through outbound calling and relationship management. The Universal Banker will also participate in leadership routines, continuous learning, and adhere to operational policies and risk management guidelines. Additionally, they will serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering relevant products and services.
