The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, while providing superior client service. This role involves identifying and understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The Universal Banker will also educate clients on digital banking solutions and participate in team sales processes and leadership routines. Continuous learning and adherence to operational procedures and risk management policies are essential. This position also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
