The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing excellent client service and efficient transaction completion. This role involves cross-training in sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The Universal Banker will educate clients on digital banking solutions, support the team's sales process, and adhere to operational procedures and risk management policies. They will also serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
