The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing excellent client service and transaction completion. This role involves cross-training to support sales and service activities, with a specific emphasis on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The goal is to deliver a distinctive client experience, identify client needs, and educate them on digital banking solutions. The Universal Banker also supports the team's sales process through client outreach and by referring clients to appropriate specialists. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is crucial. This role serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
