The Universal Banker position is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week. The primary responsibilities include completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining proper money handling, and delivering superior client service by understanding their financial needs. This role also involves supporting sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The position requires educating clients on digital banking solutions, participating in client outreach, and understanding the importance of IRM to provide comprehensive Truist expertise. Team members are expected to participate in leadership routines, continuously advance their product knowledge through training, adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
