The Universal Banker position is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week. The primary responsibilities include the timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. The role also involves delivering superior client service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The position requires educating clients on digital self-service solutions, supporting the team's sales process through client outreach, and understanding the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. Additionally, the Universal Banker will participate in leadership routines, commit to advancing product knowledge, adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
