About The Position

First Service Bank is hiring a part-time, on-site Universal Banker for its Maumelle/Camp Robinson team, with Camp Robinson as the primary work location. The role focuses on building customer relationships and providing helpful, accurate banking service in a community-focused environment. The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM–1:30 PM, plus one Saturday per month from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.

The Universal Banker serves as a customer advocate, helps customers with everyday banking needs, and recommends suitable products and services. The role also supports the bank’s safety, compliance, and customer-information protection requirements while contributing to individual and team goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Passion for serving the public.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash-handling experience.
• Previous banking experience.
• Residency within 30 miles of Little Rock, Arkansas, or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, learn about their needs, and build customer relationships.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Balance cash drawers accurately.
• Help customers manage their accounts.
• Open and service checking, savings, and CD accounts.
• Assist customers with debit cards, online banking, and account questions.
• Recommend products and services that fit customers’ needs.
• Refer customers to lenders or other bank experts when needed.
• Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Protect customer information and help prevent fraud.
• Work toward individual and team goals.
