The Universal Banker position involves providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. This position is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Essential duties include providing a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital self-service solutions, supporting the team sales process through outbound calls, understanding IRM for seamless delivery of expertise, participating in leadership routines, committing to advancing individual and product knowledge, adhering to internal controls and risk management policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
