The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper money handling. The role emphasizes delivering superior client service by understanding and addressing client financial needs. This position also involves supporting sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) tasks. The Universal Banker will engage clients, educate them on digital banking solutions, support the team's sales process through outreach, and understand the importance of IRM to deliver Truist's expertise. They will participate in leadership routines, commit to continuous learning of products and services, adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
