The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role that requires English fluency and involves working the 1st shift. This role focuses on providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. The Universal Banker will deliver superior client service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. This position is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The Universal Banker will also educate clients on digital, self-service solutions and participate in team sales processes through outbound calls. Understanding the importance of IRM is key to seamlessly delivering Truist expertise and solutions. The role requires full participation in established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and a commitment to advancing individual and product knowledge through training and meetings. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is essential. The Universal Banker will serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
