The Universal Banker PT position is a regular, part-time role (20 hours per week) requiring English fluency and a 1st shift work schedule. The primary responsibilities include completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, providing superior client service by understanding their financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities. This includes assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The role involves educating clients on digital banking solutions, participating in team sales processes through outbound calls, and identifying client needs or opportunities. It also requires understanding IRM to deliver Truist expertise, participating in leadership routines, and committing to continuous learning of products and services. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is essential. The Universal Banker also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
