The Universal Banker position is a regular, part-time role (20 hours per week) requiring English language fluency. Understanding IRM is crucial for seamlessly delivering expertise and solutions. Universal Bankers are expected to participate in leadership routines, commit to continuous learning of products and services, adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
