The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role requiring English fluency and a 1st shift work schedule. This role involves providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper money handling. The Universal Banker will deliver superior client service, identify client needs, and be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Key responsibilities include engaging clients, educating them on digital self-service solutions, supporting the sales process through outbound calls, understanding IRM, participating in leadership routines, advancing product knowledge, adhering to controls and policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
