The Universal Banker PT/20HR position is a regular, full-time role with a 1st shift work schedule. The primary responsibilities include providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. The role also focuses on delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The Universal Banker will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This role requires engaging clients with a smile, facilitating courteous conversation, conducting both complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering client needs. Additionally, the position involves educating clients on digital, self-service solutions, supporting the team sales process through outbound calls, understanding IRM to seamlessly deliver Truist expertise, participating in leadership routines, and committing to continuous learning of products and services. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is crucial. The Universal Banker will also serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
