The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, while providing superior customer service. This role involves identifying and understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The Universal Banker will educate clients on digital banking solutions, participate in team sales processes, and ensure seamless delivery of Truist expertise. They will also participate in leadership routines, commit to continuous learning of products and services, adhere to internal controls and policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
