The Universal Banker position is responsible for the timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. This role delivers superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The Universal Banker is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This role ensures a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversation, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering needs. They educate clients on digital, self-service solutions and support the team sales process through outbound calls. The Universal Banker understands the importance of IRM for seamlessly delivering expertise and solutions for clients' unique needs. They participate fully in established Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and commit to advancing individual and product knowledge by attending relevant meetings and training. Adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies is crucial. This role also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.
