The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, while also identifying and understanding client financial needs. This role involves cross-training to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The Universal Banker will provide a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital solutions, support the team's sales process through outbound calls, and participate in leadership routines. Continuous learning of products and services is expected, along with adherence to internal controls and risk management policies. The role also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
