The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing excellent client service and efficient transaction completion. This role involves understanding client financial needs, cross-training in sales and service activities, assisting with outbound calling, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The goal is to deliver a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital solutions, and support the team's sales process. The position also requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, as well as continuous learning to better serve clients.
