The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. Universal Bankers are cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This position requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and staying informed of all policy and procedure changes to ensure compliance with current guidelines. The role also involves serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects.
