The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. The role involves delivering superior quality service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The Universal Banker will engage clients, educate them on digital solutions, support the team's sales process through outbound calls, and understand the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. They will also participate in leadership routines, commit to continuous learning of products and services, adhere to internal controls and policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
