The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for the timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. This role delivers superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The Universal Banker is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The position requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and staying informed of all policy and procedure changes to ensure compliance with current guidelines. The hourly base salary for this position is $22.00/hour-$26.00/hour.
