About The Position
The Universal Banker is an entry-level position responsible for assisting with sales, product, and service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The role aims to foster customer relationships, build loyalty, and help increase sales to individual consumer clients. Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is preferred. The position is based at the Doral Branch in Miami, Florida. It is a full-time role. The listed primary-location full-time salary range is $41,600.00–$53,830.00. Eligible employees may also receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous retail banking or similar experience required.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Assist with basic account opening for existing customers.
- Provide service delivery to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues.
- Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
- Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Support branch sales and service activities by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, and product initiatives.
- Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
- Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, client, and bank assets.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; adhere to policy; apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices; and transparently escalate, manage, and report control issues.
