The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper money handling. The role also involves delivering superior client service, identifying client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The Universal Banker will engage clients, educate them on digital banking solutions, participate in client outreach, and adhere to operational procedures and risk management policies. They will also serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering relevant products and services.
