The Universal Banker position provides timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. This role is responsible for delivering superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. The Universal Banker is cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Essential duties include providing a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital self-service solutions, supporting team sales through client outreach, understanding IRM, participating in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines, advancing individual and product knowledge through training, adhering to internal controls and risk management policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling a proportionate volume of work based on branch demands.
