About The Position

As a Universal Banker at Mission Federal Credit Union, you will deliver exceptional service, build meaningful relationships with members, and provide financial solutions. The role combines member service, transaction processing, account and loan support, consultative sales, and branch operations. You will also help teammates build their skills and contribute to branch and community activities.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist members professionally and enthusiastically.
Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, wire transfers, and other transactions.
Resolve member questions and provide personalized support.
Educate members about digital banking tools and services.
Open new accounts and assist members with financial products.
Process and fund consumer loan applications.
Discuss members' needs and recommend beneficial financial solutions.
Make follow-up calls to confirm member satisfaction and identify additional ways to help.
Contribute to branch sales and service goals through consultative conversations and referrals.
Balance cash drawers and assist with end-of-day branch balancing.
Prepare account and loan documentation while complying with regulatory requirements.
Maintain knowledge of Mission Fed products, services, policies, and procedures.
Protect member information and uphold security standards.
Share best practices and mentor Tellers and USR I team members.
Participate in branch meetings, sales initiatives, community events, and business development activities.
Collaborate with teammates to provide an exceptional member experience.
