The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role that requires English fluency and involves working the 1st shift. This role focuses on providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. The Universal Banker will deliver superior quality service, identify and understand client financial needs, and be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The position involves engaging clients, conducting complex and standardized transactions, educating clients on digital solutions, supporting the team sales process through outbound calls, understanding IRM, participating in leadership routines, committing to continuous learning of products and services, adhering to internal controls and policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
