About The Position

This position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates who enjoy developing relationships with customers by identifying ways to meet their financial needs and assist in resolving customer sales and service inquiries that leads to improved satisfaction and sales. Provide a consistent legendary experience which includes uncovering customer's needs in a customer-centric manner and offering solutions of various bank products and services to meet customer's financial needs.

Requirements

  • Customer service in banking or other similar field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Possess good judgement and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, research and solve problems, attention to detail, and handle confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal relations with the ability to work with customers and employees in a cooperative manner using excellent verbal, listening and communication skills.
  • Provide Legendary Service that exceeds expectations at every opportunity.
  • Ability and desire to represent Central Bank in the community in a positive and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions through account opening and account maintenance of both personal and business accounts.
  • Assist branch with achieving goals.
  • Refer customers to experts when more complex financial goals and needs are recognized.
  • Achieve required levels of outbound phone calls to customers to help grow and retain relationships.
  • Participate in on-going training and development.
  • Conduct relationships and activates consistent with established bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate Code of Conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
  • Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times, even in difficult situations.
  • Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
  • Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
  • Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulations.
