The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper money handling. The role involves delivering superior client service, identifying client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The Universal Banker will also educate clients on digital self-service solutions and participate in team sales processes and leadership routines. A commitment to continuous learning of products and services is expected, along with adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. This role also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
