About The Position

One Community Bank is seeking a part-time Universal Banker to work onsite in Oregon, Wisconsin. The role focuses on serving clients, building relationships, and helping clients meet their financial goals. The Universal Banker greets clients, assists with account inquiries, processes transactions accurately, and recommends banking products that fit client needs. The employee will learn about the bank’s products and services and receive training, while working with a supportive team. The typical schedule falls between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to address client inquiries with empathy and resolve concerns effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
