The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing excellent client service and efficient transaction completion. This role involves handling various client transactions, understanding their financial needs, and supporting sales activities. The Universal Banker will also educate clients on digital banking solutions and participate in team sales processes, including outbound calling and relationship management. A key aspect of the role is understanding and applying Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. The position requires active participation in leadership routines, continuous learning of products and services, adherence to operational policies and risk management procedures, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
