The Universal Banker position involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. The role requires delivering superior quality service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and being cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. This role aims to provide a distinctive client experience, educate clients on digital solutions, support the team's sales process through outbound calls, and understand the importance of IRM to seamlessly deliver expertise and solutions for clients' unique needs. The position also requires participation in leadership routines, commitment to advancing individual and product knowledge, adherence to internal controls and operational procedures, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
