The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role requiring English fluency and a 1st shift work schedule. This role involves providing timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. The Universal Banker will deliver superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The position also requires cross-training to support sales and service activities, with a focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The Universal Banker will engage clients with a smile, facilitate courteous conversation, conduct complex and standardized transactions, and uncover client needs. They will educate clients on digital, self-service solutions, support the team sales process through outbound calls, and understand the importance of IRM to seamlessly deliver Truist expertise. The role involves participating in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines, committing to advancing individual and product knowledge, adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
