About The Position

The Universal Banker 1 is based at Community Resource Bank’s Faribault, Minnesota location and assists customers with personal banking needs. The role handles routine banking transactions, promotes bank products and services, opens and closes accounts, responds to account questions, and refers customers to other areas of the bank. It also supports customer traffic by answering incoming calls and greeting walk-in customers. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation. Some lifting is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with personal banking needs.
• Accept deposits, perform withdrawals, and process loan payments.
• Sell cashier’s checks and Visa gift cards.
• Promote bank products and services.
• Open and close accounts.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank.
• Assist customers with account questions.
• Be proactive in fraud prevention.
• Comply with related laws and regulations.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers to support customer traffic.
