The Universal Associate I (Teller/New Accounts) role is responsible for providing timely and courteous customer service, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and assessing customer financial needs to suggest appropriate bank services and products. This role actively participates in the bank's sales culture and referral programs, maintains daily transactions and balances, and ensures compliance with banking regulations. The Universal Associate I specifically handles cash, vault, and ATM responsibilities, opens and maintains deposit accounts for consumers and businesses, and completes necessary account maintenance. The position averages approximately 38-40 hours per week and includes some Saturday mornings.
