Requirements

At least 2 years of financial services experience in credit union or banking
High school degree or GED equivalent
Proven exceptional customer service skills
Regular and predictable attendance is a must!
Ability to obtain Colorado notary within 90 days

Responsibilities

Provide distinguished member service.
Work as a Service Advocate and a Financial Advocate.
Efficiently and accurately process transactions.
Perform general account maintenance.
Open new accounts.
Assist members with their financial queries.
Conduct outbound calls for marketing campaigns & member maintenance.
Educate members on financial products and services, then recommend the right fit.
Multi-task & meet deadlines.
Actively participate in community and business-related events (at least one event per year).
Establish and maintain effective partnerships across all levels of the credit union.
