Responsibilities

  • Processing commercial and consumer deposits and withdrawals
  • Accepting loan payments and cashing checks within approved limits
  • Balancing cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting clients in opening, closing and maintenance accounts
  • Providing advice and guidance
  • Building strong customer relationships through outstanding service
  • Identifying customer needs and referring appropriate banking products and services
  • Supporting branch operations and contributing to branch goals
  • Ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Adhering to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
  • Reporting any suspected suspicious activity to the BSA Officer promptly
  • Participating in required compliance and professional development training
