Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an operations environment or similar experience, with a focus on maintaining/improving a safe work environment
  • Strong commitment to health & safety
  • Ability to read blueprints and previous experience in metal fabrication processes (i.e. welding, forming, machining, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (MS Team, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve business objectives
  • Ability to build relationships, collaboration and drive employee engagement to build a positive work environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication

  • Promote a safety-first culture. Engage in health and safety programs that enhance a safe work environment to prevent and eliminate injury.

  • Lead daily operations to meet departmental goals and drive continuous improvement. Achieve objectives in safety, quality, scheduling, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
