About The Position

NHC is hiring a full-time LPN or RN Unit Manager for NHC HealthCare North Augusta in North Augusta, South Carolina. The Unit Manager works with the interdisciplinary care team to support accurate patient assessments and the development or revision of individualized plans of care. The role maintains open, ongoing communication with patients and families and encourages their participation in decision-making. The Unit Manager supervises LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned and performs other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing. A South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license is preferred. An LPN with management experience will also be considered. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with listed rates of $33.00–$36.00 for LPNs and $39.00–$45.00 for RNs. Requirements

South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred.
LPN applicants will be considered if they have management experience.
