This role involves maintaining and restoring the health of resident patients, acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families, and addressing and preventing concerns from family members. We are looking for a Unit Manager RN who is looking for growth, support, and a clean start for their nursing career. Requirements

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing preferred.
• Valid State license.
• Adheres to and oversees communication of privacy guidelines relative to the confidentiality of residents' protected health information.
• Participates in (or conducts) company-sponsored training to safeguard against improper use and disclosure of such information.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and state and federal law.

Nice To Haves

• prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
• One to three years (1-3) years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities
