About The Position

Avalon Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pasco, Washington, is seeking a full-time Unit Manager LPN to lead a nursing team and support quality outcomes in a resident-centered skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and post-acute care environment. Requirements

• Current LPN license in Washington State or eligibility under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, hospital, or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to pass employment screenings.

Responsibilities
