About The Position
Avalon Health and Rehabilitation Center in Pasco, Washington, is hiring a full-time Unit Manager LPN to lead a nursing team and support quality outcomes in a resident-centered skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and post-acute care environment. The role works to help residents achieve their highest level of independence while delivering exceptional care and meaningful support to residents and their families. Pay is $44.00–$50.42 per hour and is based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in Washington State or NLC eligibility.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, hospital, or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to pass employment screenings.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the nursing team on the assigned unit.
- Help ensure residents receive high-quality, resident-centered care.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support staff development, coaching, and training.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and promote quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and clinical standards.
