About The Position
Danville Centre for Health & Rehab is a 106-bed healthcare center that provides short-term rehabilitative care and long-term care, along with clinical care programs and physical, occupational, and speech therapies. The facility is part of Signature HealthCARE, a family-based healthcare company offering integrated services across multiple states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services. The Unit Manager (LPN) supervises the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. This role ensures residents’ needs are met while supervising and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in providing nursing care.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with a current state license.
- One to three years of related experience.
- Current, active CPR certification.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
- Ensure residents’ needs are being met.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.
