Requirements
- One year of related experience
- Proficient in basic computer skills and has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the delivery of personalized, professional and quality patient care
- Internal and external customer service
- Preparation of all departmental paperwork
- Answering the department’s telephone
- Scheduling of patients as needed
- Entering and retrieving patient information from the Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Assisting the nursing staff as indicated
- Maintaining the work area in a clean and organized manner
