About The Position

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel, also referred to as Customer Experience Ambassadors, to work in their Loblaws, ON stores. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive and safe shopping environment for customers. The ambassadors will greet customers, offer assistance, support customer flow at entrances and exits, and collaborate with other store colleagues. They are expected to proactively identify and address potential safety hazards and respond effectively to urgent situations, escalating as needed. The position also involves maintaining accurate records and completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as performing other duties to support store operations and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Strong ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with store teams and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, acting as a welcoming first point of contact for all customers and colleagues.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide guidance, including supporting a seamless customer flow at store entrances and exits.
  • Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards (e.g., spills, wet floors) to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for everyone.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to any urgent situations, escalating as needed to ensure customer and colleague well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction.
