About The Position

The Unified Communications Analyst provides day to day support of over 5600 mobile devices in the organization. Support includes but is not limited to device configuration, end user setup and troubleshooting, management/setup of policies and configurations in MDM, labeling and completing requests for shipments to MLH facilities. The Unified Communications Analyst provides day to day support of over 5600 mobile devices in the organization. Requirements

  • Associates Degree Information Technology
  • Telecommunications 1-3 years
  • Ability to access a situation, troubleshoot based on need and solve the problem or complete requested task.
  • Ability to follow outlined processes
  • Knowledge and proficient experience utilizing Office 365 products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to provide administrative support including but not limited to receiving orders, shipping orders.
  • Includes use of existing ticketing system
  • Overall knowledge of how to operate mobile equipment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with end users via phone, email or any other communications platform (ex. MS Teams)

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Provides day to day mobile device management support to departments and end users.
  • Places orders for mobile devices as needed.
  • Creates/modifies Mobile Device Management policies and configurations based on application requirements.
  • Configures new/replacement devices.
  • Supports Microsoft Teams platform, including but not limited to new MS Teams requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
