About The Position

Business Technology Integrators (BTI), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with more than 25 years of experience delivering IT and engineering solutions to the Federal Government, is seeking a Unified Communication Lead Engineer. The role oversees enterprise collaboration and audiovisual technologies, including videoconferencing, webcasting, IPTV, VoIP, digital signage, conference room systems, and related infrastructure. It provides strategic and technical leadership for planning, deploying, administering, monitoring the performance of, and modernizing unified communications services. The role also involves customer engagement, operational management, technology integration, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years supporting enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Experience with VoIP, IPTV, audio/video systems, streaming solutions, and conferencing platforms.
• Technical leadership and project management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Teams Administrator, CCNP Collaboration, CTS, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for unified communications services.
• Plan, deploy, administer, monitor the performance of, and modernize enterprise collaboration and audiovisual technologies.
• Oversee videoconferencing, webcasting, IPTV, VoIP, digital signage, conference room systems, and related infrastructure.
