The Unemployment Claims Assistant provides administrative support to the Unemployment Services team. This role involves processing and distributing inbound mail, email, cases, and inquiries, as well as facilitating outbound mail. The assistant will maintain client and claim data in Unemployment Tracking software, organize and maintain filing systems, and update various tracking systems, ensuring timely entry of sensitive information to meet procedural deadlines. Additionally, the role may assist with birthday and anniversary recognition, maintenance of the team calendar, and team meeting/event coordination and preparation. Special projects may also be assigned.
