About The Position

AXA XL offers a paid, 10-week internship in New York, NY. The intern will work with the Product Analytics team, which uses data to monitor business performance and the impact of product changes. The team collaborates with product management and underwriting leaders to identify challenges and implement data-driven solutions, aligning product strategies with operational realities and market needs. The intern will gain exposure to insurance professionals and AXA XL’s business operations, contribute to cross-functional projects, and deliver a final presentation to Senior Leadership. The role also provides opportunities to connect with leaders and technical specialists through intern events, activities, and daily interactions in a collaborative environment that encourages entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving.
