About The Position

In a support role to the team, the Multi-Line Underwriting Assistant responsibilities include new business support, such as pre-bind risk analysis within prescribed authority and reconciliation of binds to ensure all issued. Renewal support includes pre-underwriting review, quoting, system updates, data collection, and any other non-core underwriting type duties as directed. The role also involves broker of record handling, endorsement review and pre-screening, cancellation and reinstatement handling, and recommendation review. Special projects as needed. Maintains ownership of tasks assigned and provide acceptable service standards when processing and assigning tasks. Provide agency support to assigned agents by answering general questions, providing endorsement status, cancellation status, billing inquiries, etc., or directing to the correct contact.

Requirements
