We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Underwriting Assistant to support our San Francisco Region.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Liability policies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills is mandatory.
- Knowledge Microsoft Suite.

- Prior experience in commercial insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the San Francisco Regional Manager and Underwriters on primary construction accounts.
- Manage and process documentation for 26 active policies (WC, GL, AL)
- Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, audits, and certificates of insurance.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry in underwriting systems.
- Serve as a liaison between underwriters, brokers, and clients to facilitate smooth account management.
- Assist with reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed for Primary Construction.
